Within the framework of the Erasmus + KA program, implemented by our school unit from 2019 and was extended - due to the pandemic conditions - until June 2022, our school performs various actions. These actions are carried out via internet due to mobility bans imposed because of the pandemic. The title of the program is “The remodeling of the Traditional School to Open School as a factor of mitigation of social discrimination and exclusions, conflict resolution and classroom management by offering access to knowledge for all". The acronym for the program is (R.I.C.H) SCHOOL from its initials of the English words Reschool, International, Cooperation, Hospitality, reveals briefly the objectives of the program.
One of the goals of the program is the development of our school’s actions tha adress to the wider community and are connected with local and other entities and institutions. To achieve the goals of the program the following actions took place:
-On Monday, May 24, 2021 there was an online communication with the González Gallarza school in Valencia, Spain. The 5th graders talked to their corresponding class of the Spanish school, and they discussed issues related to the etwinning program called "Let's play together" in which the two classes take place and learn about the traditional local game of the Valencia region "Pelota Valenciana". The program started last school year and continues this year. The Principal of the school Mr. Konstantinos Sorvanis, the English teacher Athina Tzourmeti and Physical Education teacher Giannis Koutsounas were present at the meeting. The logo of the program is designed and painted by the student Eleonora Asteris of the fifth grade of our school and selected after a vote by Spanish students.

-On Tuesday 25 May 2021 ??? participated in the action Olympism around the world – Europe which was part of the program "The Atlantiad / Quelfes Games Olympic Values Education Program "and is implemented by the Portuguese National Olympic Academy in collaboration with Marim Primary School of Portugal and it is one Olympic program of values education with Mr. Gustavo Marcos, vice-president of the Olympic Academy, in charge. During the action there was a presentation of Ancient Olympia through a video and of our country through a power point presentation. Responsible for the presentation by our school were the teachers Verras-Tserdilos Giannis, Tzourmeti Athina and Koutsounas Giannis.
